Faiza Haque
Founder & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Faiza Haque graduated from McMaster University in Ontario, Canada and earned a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, followed by a post-graduate diploma in psychiatry. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), she takes a holistic approach to mental health care, providing medication management and tailored therapy. Faiza treats a wide range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and more. She is passionate about building trust with her patients and creating a supportive space for healing and growth.
Latonya Parker
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Latonya Parker is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Walden University. She began her nursing career in 2009 as an LVN after studying at Lamar State College-Orange, later earning her Associate and Bachelor’s Degrees in Nursing from Lamar State University. With extensive experience working with underserved populations, Veterans, and individuals with intellectual disabilities, Latonya is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, and mood disorders.
Sana Ahmed
Medical Assistant
Sana has a MS in Clinical Psychology and an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Psychology (ADCP), She is passionate about mental health and dedicated to making a meaningful impact. Currently, she assists in taking patient histories, managing medical notes, coordinating prescriptions, handling prior authorizations, and scheduling appointments. With a strong work ethic and a commitment to compassionate care, she strives to enhance efficiency and improve patient experiences. A lifelong learner, Sana is always seeking new ways to support both patients and the growth of the organization!
Dr. Fasiha Haq
Psychiatrist| M.D.
Dr. Fasiha Haq is a board-certified psychiatrist with over a decade of experience in behavioral health. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Alabama and completed her MBBS at Baqai Medical & Dental University in Pakistan. She specializes in treating adults for ADHD, depression, anxiety, and more, offering innovative treatments like TMS and Spravato. Dr. Haq is also passionate about teaching, research, and advancing mental health awareness as a member of the American Psychiatric Association.

Sam is a recent graduate of Western Colorado University in Gunnison, Colorado, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications with a minor in Business Administration. He has extensive experience in content creation, social media, and digital marketing. Passionate about leveraging digital platforms, Sam is excited to bring his skills to Proactive Minds and help strengthen their online presence!
